Who we are
Dr Andy Bulman is a Principal Clinical Health Psychologist (HCPC) and former RICS Chartered Surveyor with a career spanning almost a decade in London real estate and North American finance.
His career has been spent in high-pressure environments, within business and NHS healthcare settings. This dual perspective allows him to understand the specific physical and mental tax of professional life in unique way.
From a Deficit Model to a Asset-Based Model
In the corporate world, psychology is often viewed through a "deficit model"—something you turn to only when a system has already broken down. We work from a asset-based model.
We view performance through a systemic lens. To optimise how a person functions, we look at the interplay between their biology, psychology, and their professional and personal environment. If you are experiencing difficult partner dynamics, cognitive overload, exhaustion or decision-paralysis, there are often systemic responses to prolonged pressure. We specialise in helping people build on their current skills, improving their resilience and reducing the impact that stress can have on performance.
How we Work
We help professionals and organisations navigate the complexities of their roles by treating mental and physical health as a single, unified performance metric. Our approach is evidence-based and informed by a practical understanding of the corporate landscape.
By addressing the feedback loops between the brain and the body, we help clients:
Resolve the physical symptoms of stress: Using clinical frameworks to address chronic tension, stress, pain and fatigue.
Restore cognitive capacity: Moving beyond "coping" toward active mental and physical conditioning.
Build long-term durability: Ensuring that your internal resources match the external demands of your career.
Our goal is to help you fulfil your performance potential in a sustainable and efficient way.
